Short Biography:

Ruth Matitima is a Technical Assistant in the NUST Library stationed at the Graduate School of Business Sciences. She started working for the NUST library in 2009. She worked at the Bulawayo Public Library for 5 years, gaining vast experience in the librarianship profession as a Senior Library Assistant, Bradfield Branch Librarian and Collections Librarian. She also gained experience as a School Librarian at Mzingwane High School for 1 year before she joined the NUST Library.  

Research Interests: Student success factors; information literacy.
