Biography:

Ms Effort Ndlovu embarked on her professional journey at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) in 2012, starting off as a cleaner. Over the years, she demonstrated dedication and commitment to her work, which led to numerous opportunities for career advancement within the institution. In June 2024, Ms Ndlovu ascended to the prestigious position of Chief Secretary, showcasing remarkable growth and success within a relatively short period.

Throughout the tenure at NUST, she had the privilege of serving in various offices, including the Vice-Chancellor's office, where she honed her administrative and organizational skills. Additionally, she also served as a Personal Assistant at JMN Ekusileni Hospital, showcasing their versatility and adaptability in different work environments. Ms Ndlovu’s rise to the position of Chief Secretary is a testament to her hard work, professionalism, and ability to excel in diverse roles within the academic setting.
