Biography

Judith Charumbira is a policy-engaged research consultant and an Accredited Marketing Practitioner (Marketer’s Association of Zimbabwe/ Institute of Marketing Management (MAZ/IMM). She is passionate about research and innovation and knowledge impartation has experience in research and consultancy in marketing and supply chain management and has participated in many university committees. Her research interests are in marketing, value chain analysis, supply chain management, procurement, customer service, relationship marketing and consumer buying behaviour. Judith is also a reviewer for several journals. She was part of the research team on a two-year grant from the World Anti-Doping Association (WADA) for research on clean sports in Zimbabwe. She is currently working on a research project, on Locally led Indigenous Nature-based Solutions for Climate Change Adaptation in Zimbabwe. The Research project is funded by the Government of Canada, through the Global Affairs Canada Climate Finances. She is passionate about women's empowerment and to impartknowledge on market linkages for their produce to smallholder farmers and new farmers.
