Short Biography:

Sikhangezile Makwelo was born and bred in Bulawayo. She is a Lecturer at NUST Graduate School of Business Sciences. She earned an Msc in Human Resource Management (Merit) at Lupane State University 2019 and a Bachelor of Commerce Honour’s Degree in Human Resource Management at Lupane State University in 2017 with Upper Second Class (2.1). She has a Diploma in Theology from the United Theological College and a Diploma in Religious Studies from the University of Zimbabwe. She joined the Department of Human Capital Development at Lupane State University as a Teaching Assistant in 2020 to September 2023, thereafter moving to NUST as a full time Lecturer. She is currently a PHD Candidate at the Zimbabwe Open University.

Courses Taught:

Management of Organisational Behaviour and Strategic Human Resource Management.

Human Resource Management, Training and Development and Leadership
