Short Biography 

Prior to joining NUST as a full-time lecturer, Dr Nleya was an Adjunct Lecturer at Chinhoyi University of Technology, and at NUST. He was in the Government Service, Ministry of Industry and Commerce for 4 years and in the Private Sector for over 24years. Dr Nleya has vast experience as a Middle and Senior Executive in the fields of light and heavy engineering covering the Mining, Agriculture, and Forestry industries. He has travelled a lot within the SADC countries pursuing business interests. He has been an independent consultant in the fields of General and Strategic Management
