Short Biography:

Takawira M. Ndofirepi is a Senior Lecturer at the National University of Science and Technology, Graduate School of Business Sciences (Zimbabwe). He holds a Doctor of Business Administration Degree and has over 18 years of teaching experience across various levels. Takawira Ndofirepi is a National Research Foundation Y-rated researcher and has supervised numerous MBA dissertations. He is an active member of academic boards and committees at both the National University of Science and Technology and the University of South Africa.

Courses Taught: Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, and Research Methods.

Research Interests: Entrepreneurship Education, Psychology of Entrepreneurship, Consumer Psychology, Psychometrics and Workplace Psychology.
