Dr. Elphina Mhlanga, one of our Departmental Chairpersons, visited Philippines from 12 February – 22 February 2024, under the World Food Programme. She conducted workshops to train trainers and facilitators for community-based participatory planning programs and Seasonal Livelihoods Programming.
