Biography

With over 5 years of experience in the Industry and 4 years in the Education sector. Currently, Michelle Nonkazimulo Ndiweni is lecturing the following courses at the Undergraduate Level in the Department of Marketing; Principles of Marketing, Public Relations and Publicity and Services Marketing while at the Postgraduate Level, she lectures Services Marketing and Consultancy, Retail and Omnichannel Marketing along with Product Development and Innovation. She is particularly interested in Services Marketing, Customer Experience and

Omnichannel Retailing Research. In addition to her Lectureship role, she is responsible for coordinating the community services activities in the Department.
