The department aims to ground the student in solid principles of history-taking examination and management of common Paediatric diseases and conditions. The learning shall be through instilling good clinical acumen, via lectures, tutorials, bedside teaching, seminars, and presentations. At the end of it all we aim to produce a well-rounded cadre who can work well in the region and beyond. A cadre who can clerk, examine synthesize, and manage both common and complex Paediatric conditions practicing evidence-based Paediatrics and referring appropriately.
