Graduation Ceremony 2018 Notice
The Graduands for the 2018 Graduation Ceremony are advised that Graduation will be held on Friday, 09 November 2018.
Graduands should note the following:
Graduation Ceremony: The Graduands and Guests are to be seated by 0900 hours.
Academic Dress: Only Graduands in the approved NUST Academic Dress will be allowed to take part in the Graduation Ceremony. The approved Graduation regalia is obtainable from the following University approved suppliers:

Rehearsal: The Rehearsal will be held on Thursday, 08 November 2018 commencing promptly at 1000 hours at the University Campus Ceremonial Hall. All Graduands should attend the Rehearsal in order to participate in the Ceremony.
Graduation Fee: The Graduation Fee of $85.00 including transcripts and certificates is payable between now and the Rehearsal day via this Payment Platform or alternatively as cash or swipe at the Bursar’s Department.
Outstanding Fees Balances: Graduands with outstanding fees are advised to clear their balances by Friday, 02 November 2018 at the latest in order for them to graduate.
Guests: Each Graduand may invite a maximum of two guests. Admission to the Graduation Ceremony will be strictly by invitation.
Meals and Refreshments: After the Ceremony, Graduands and their Guests will be served lunch and refreshments.
