CAMPUS SECURITY

Mr C.C. Banda - Chief Security Officer
- Uphold good order on the Campus.
- Investigate any breach of NUST regulations and procedures.
- Encourage good practices among the Campus community regarding safety and security
- Ensure observance of the University’s regulations relating to behavior and parking.
- Provide a friendly, professional reception service to students, staff, and visitors.
Apart from these objectives, the Campus Security Service will, by proactive and reactive measures, endeavour to prevent:
- Personal attacks
- Disorderly, inconsiderate, and threatening behavior.
- Risk of personal injury in public places.
- Noise is detrimental to studying or relaxing.
- Damage to and theft of personal and university property.
- Damage to and theft of motor vehicles.
- Upholding good order on Campus,
- Investigating without fear or favour, any breach of the University Rules, Regulations, and Procedures,
- Encouraging good practice among Campus Community Members regarding Security and safety.
