The Project Management Section is responsible for financial planning, financial control and reporting for all university projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Financial Planning
1. Development of project budgets
2. Financial feasibility studies
3. Identification of possible sources of funds for university projects
2. Cash flow projections of university projects
3. Financial control through  project cost tracking
4. Financial Reporting, reports include project financial statements, cost performance reports, return on invested funds
