The Project Management Section is responsible for financial planning, financial control and reporting for all university projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Financial Planning
- Development of project budgets
- Financial feasibility studies
- Identification of possible sources of funds for university projects
- Cash flow projections of university projects
- Financial control through project cost tracking
- Financial Reporting, reports include project financial statements, cost performance reports, return on invested funds
