List of Graduands

The University wishes to advise all 2021 Graduands that the list of Graduands will be available for download on the NUST website on Graduation day (19 November 2021). 

Transcripts

Transcripts will be ready for collection at Admissions and Student Records Offices as from Monday 22 November 2021. For those Graduands that reside outside Bulawayo, you may pay any courier of your choice to collect the transcript from the Admissions and Student Records Offices. Those that will be sending a courier need to notify the Admissions Office prior by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., so that the transcript is pre-packaged before the courier comes to pick it up. 

Transcripts will only be issued upon clearance of all fees including the Graduation fees. Please bring proof of payment or enclose it with your request to the Admissions email. 

Certificates

Certificates will be available four weeks after Graduation, meanwhile, we will be issuing Confirmation letters.
