The University wishes to advise all invited Graduands that rehearsals will be held on Thursday 18 November 2021 commencing at 1100 hrs at the Ceremonial Hall. Please note that everyone should be seated by 1045 hrs. Attendance at the rehearsals is mandatory to ensure Graduands know what to do on Graduation day.
Covid-19 testing
- All invited Graduands must be tested for Covid-19 between 0700 hrs and 1045 hrs at the Main Campus (Caravan Site next to the Commerce building). Please note that only those Graduands with negative Covid-19 test results (done at NUST) will be allowed into the Ceremonial Hall.
- Graduands’ guests will also be tested on Thursday 18 November 2021 between 1100hrs and 1700hrs at the Main Campus (Caravan site) and on Graduation day between 0700 hrs and 0800 hrs before the commencement of the Ceremony.
- Please note that only those with Negative Covid-19 test Results shall be allowed to attend the Graduation Ceremony. Testing will be done free of charge.
Safety Precautions Against Covid-19 Precautions
- There will be temperature checking and sanitisation at all points of entry.
- Social distancing shall be observed at all times on Campus and wearing of masks shall be compulsory.
All Graduands and Guests are encouraged to bring Covid-19 vaccination certificates.
