NOTICE TO 2024 GRADUANDS

The University wishes to inform all Graduands that the 30th Graduation Ceremony will be held on the 15th of November 2024. Therefore, all Graduands should note the following:

VENUE: NUST Sports Field.

DATE: 15 November 2024.

PARTICIPATION: All Graduands are invited to attend physically.

GRADUATION FEE:

Undergraduates: The graduation fee is USD 145 including the graduation regalia.

Postgraduates: The graduation fee is USD 165 including the graduation regalia.

Doctor of Philosophy: The graduation fee is USD 225 including the graduation regalia.

OUTSTANDING TUITION FEES:

Only graduands that have fully paid the tuition fees and graduation fees will take part in the proceedings. Please take note of the following:

1. Graduands are reminded to clear all outstanding fees and pay the Graduation fee by the 8th of November 2024. Failure to adhere to this deadline will result in non-availability of their Certificates and Transcripts on Graduation day. The Graduation fee must be paid separately.

ACADEMIC DRESS: Graduands who have fully paid their graduation fees may now collect their regalia from the NUST Innovation Hub. Please bring proof of payment.
