CONFERENCE HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO A DATE YET TO BE MADE KNOWN

 

The National University of Science and Technology is excited to announce the 2019 International Physics Conference – Physics for Sustainable Development to be held from the 19th to the 21st of August 2019 at the Elephant Hills Resort, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. 

The conference seeks to consolidate the University’s strategic goals of generating knowledge, developing skills and seeking solutions through research to meet national imperatives and societal needs as well as creating and sustaining an internal environment conducive to effective learning, teaching, research, innovation and productivity. 

The premier event brings together researchers, academics and industry professionals from the fields of Renewable Energy, Materials Science, Geophysics, Astrophysics, Medical Physics, Optics and Photonics and Electronics and Instrumentation to share experiences and insights and to discuss the latest research developments in the various disciplines of Physics as well as to hear broader perspectives about where these research issues fit in the sustainable development of Zimbabwe.
